Get ready to experience a truly special Christmas: Riccione transforms into a festive stage with "Viva Riccione – Your Christmas by the Sea," a magical project that lights up the city from November 29th to January 6th . The Green Pearl of the Adriatic is adorned with lights, music, and entertainment to offer a unique Christmas atmosphere, perfect for an unforgettable stay.

The lights also shine along the seafront, the ice skating rink (the largest “Lungomare Ice Park” in Italy, with approximately 1,650 m² ) comes to life together with the large “Riviera Christmas View” Ferris wheel, 55 metres high, which offers breathtaking views of the illuminated coastline.

The official opening on November 29th will be a magical moment : the lights will be turned on throughout the city and there will be a skating show featuring international artists such as Anna Valesi, Martin Bidar, Jogailė Aglinskytė, Charise Matthaei, and Max Liebers. The ice will be joined by live music, captivating voices (Stella Ferrucci, Andrea Carli), and expertly crafted stage performances.

In the heart of the historic center and along the main avenues, the Christmas Village , with its Christmassy houses, is the ideal place to stroll amid the scents of sweets, gift ideas, and traditions. In the Villa Mussolini park, you'll also find Santa's House , where little ones can deliver their letters and take unforgettable photos.

One of the most evocative elements is the Christmas tree that lights up the bridge over the canal port, reflecting on the boats and the water: a true visual spectacle that embraces the city's maritime tradition.

There's no shortage of musical and cultural events: Toni Servillo brings "Partitura" to the stage; on December 25th Michael Mwenso & The Shakes perform; on December 26th the "Notte dei sogni" with the San Martino d'Oro Award; on December 28th a comedy show with Paolo Cevoli ; on December 30th a concert by The Kolors ; on December 31st the New Year's Eve celebrations in the square light up with DJ sets and dancing , and on January 1st... a courageous New Year's Eve dive into the waters of the Adriatic!

To make your stay even easier during the holiday season, a rubber-tyred train service has been activated connecting the hotels to the illuminated center: it departs every hour from Piazzale Aldo Moro and passes through the most evocative spots of the Christmas installations.
