We do not accept checks at checkout and accept bank transfers made at least 3 business days prior to checkout.
Some extra services can be paid directly at the facility.
Is a credit card required as a guarantee?
No, a credit card is generally not required as a guarantee when booking, but a deposit is required to reserve the room.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy depends on the rate chosen at the time of booking and the period of stay.

With the "Feel Happy" formula, you can cancel your holiday up to 2 days before your arrival date without incurring any penalty.
For cancellations after the deadline for each period (see below), only your deposit will be retained.

- June: Cancellation without penalty up to 5 days before arrival
- July/August and until 12/09/26: cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before arrival
- Easter, long weekends, Christmas and New Year's holidays: cancellation without penalty up to 5 or 7 days before arrival
- For institutional events, the cancellation policy may vary depending on the specifics of the event.
For shortened stays or early departures, the entire stay will be charged, in accordance with the booking contract and Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
Mandatory municipal tourist tax.
To avoid losing this amount, we remind you that you can take out insurance to protect your stay or your individual deposit.
For cancellations made within the indicated deadline, the full deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 1 month from the cancellation.
